SIDART, Fleet forum and Johnson & Johnson takes the initiative to facilitate road safety education.

Around 650 students from six schools in Baddi will undergo 6 to 7 weeks training program on road safety.

On the 10th and 11th April, the social initiative was launched to educate school students on road safety in the industrial town of Baddi. Six schools – Nav Adarsha School, P.C Cambridge School, B.L Central School, Sri Aurobindo School, V.R. Senior Secondary School and Sushila Public School – have been chosen for the program.

The road safety training program is a comprehensive, activity based programme that aims to make students understand the importance of road safety and practice safe traffic methods while using the road. Targeted at students of classes 6th, 7th and 8th, the road safety programme also includes a Road Safety Solidarity Walk, in which students walk on the roads with Road Safety placards to spread the message to the public.
